How To Prevent Body Odour?

The bad body odor seems to be very unpleasant in social gathering. Body odor is due to growth of bacteria in sweat glands, poor hygiene and medical problems. This normally happens in summers. People use deodorants and perfumes to get rid off this. But using perfumes can be fatal resulting itching, allergy and skin discoloration. Some of the natural methods to eliminate body odour are:

  1. Applying turnip juice to armpits .
  2. Use tea tree oil as natural body spray.
  3. Bathe in rosewater keeps the body fresh for some time
  4. Wear clean clothes
  5. Shave armpits regularly to avoid growth of bacteria
  6. Use home made deodorant or antiperspirant to eliminate body adour.
  7. Add boiled mint leaves in water while taking bathe
  8. Use of baking soda to compensate bad odour.
  9. Wash off armpits with alcohol mixed with water.
  10. Avoid spicy food like garlic and onion as it adds pungent smell
  11. Wash feet regularly and use clean socks
  12. for severe sweating consult dermatologist
  13. Stick to cotton and linen wearing rather synthetic.
